Low fat, heart healthy and delicious! Recipes from appetizers and soups through main courses and desserts, await you on these pages. Whether you are a vegetarian or a meat eater you will find great tasting recipes that are easy to prepare. They are either my own creations or recipes I have received from friends. I think you will enjoy them also. This is a good place to start if you believe (as we do) that "you are what you eat".
