Welcome to my world!

There is sunshine, there is rain
There is joy, and there is pain
But through it all we learn to smile and stand up tall !

This site was founded on the premise that good fun and good food make life on this old planet a lot more pleasant.   To The Young and The Young at Heart I present some laughs, some recipes, and my original E Cards (along with a few more serious thoughts).

The verses on the cards, most of the animated fun stories and poems are my own creations, but a few came from friends and just had to be brought to life with illustrations and music!   The graphics were originally done by others, but I have created many of the backgrounds and animations.   There is detailed information about the music files used on the web site.

Although most of the cards and fun pages are humorous, there are a very few more serious things that are of deep concern to me.   There is also an entire recipe section devoted to those of us who truly love to eat, but would like to "make it healthy" and still delicious!

I hope you enjoy my world and that you will come back to visit regularly and often to see all the new things that are added.
