* At the top of your Internet Explorer Browser window click on "Tools"
* From the drop down box click on "Internet Options"
* On the "general" tab, which should be on top when you open this box, in the CENTER section which is called "Temporary Internet files", click on the button which says "Settings"
* In the new box which pops up , where it says "Check for newer versions of stored pages": make sure you put a dot (with your left mouse button) in the little circle next to "Automatically" OR "Every visit to the page".
* Click on the button which says "OK". That will take you back to the previous box
* Then click on the button at the bottom of that box that says "Apply", and then click on the button which says ":OK".
* Now, every time you go to any web page you will get the latest version of that page.
IF YOU ARE NOT USING INTERNET EXPLORER YOU MAY HAVE TO CLICK ON "Refresh" OR "Reload" at the top of your browser, depending on which one you are using.
IF YOU ARE AN AOL CUSTOMER you can still use Internet Explorer as your browser, and you will find that it works great, as most web pages are designed to be viewed in Internet Explorer,
with rather unpredictable results in other browsers. IMPORTANT: AOL, Google's Web Accelerator, and other companies that claim to give you much faster web surfing cache pages, and no matter what you do on your own computer you may not be able to see the latest version
of a web page because they are "feeding" you an old version that they have stored. The only way to prevent this is to not use any program that claims to be a "web accelerator". If you want fast surfing plus current versions of web pages you have to pay extra to have
cable or broadband service. It is sad, but that is the way it is.

ONE MORE HELPFUL HINT:
If you would like the type size to be larger or smaller than what is displayed on your monitor
just go to the top of your browser and click on "view", then
click on "text size" from the drop down box, and click on a size larger
than the one where the little dot is now. OR, if the print
size is too large for your viewing comfort you can do the same thing
and click on a size smaller than the one where the dot is now.
If you are using Netscape click on "view" and then on "increase font"
or "decrease font" to change the text size.
