Half a can of pears (lite, canned in pear juice, of course) cut in cubes
Two salad bowls of romaine lettuce cut into bite size pieces Kraft "light done right" Roka Blue dressing.
Cut pears into cubes, scatter on top of lettuce, and sprinkle lightly with salad dressing. THIS IS REALLY GOOD!
Four four servings, use one can of lite pears. The natural pear juice is good for you, so save it to replace water in your next jello recipe.
This light, refreshing salad goes well with my DARNED GOOD CHICKEN
and also with SHRIMP CREOLE or anything spicy.
