LEMON ICE

a refreshing lemon dessert: like Italian ice

Put 4 cups water and 2 cups sugar in pan and boil 5 minutes. Add 3/4 cup FRESHLY SQUEEZED lemon juice. Freeze in ice cube trays. Just before serving pop ice cubes into food processor or blender and "smoosh" them (but don't let them melt).
