Microsoft did a survey of seven million home PC users to determine how it could improve its already (almost) perfect product designs. The one request that showed up most often has been incorporated into their new keyboard design, which will be introduced to the public at their open symposiums starting next month. We were fortunate to get an advanced peek at a prototype of this new keyboard, and agree that "the key that's now missing from your keyboard" will be a vast improvement:
